Are you supporting a young person living with disability, chronic illness or a mental health condition who is about to transition out of secondary education into tertiary education?

Do you want to learn about the different pathways into tertiary education available?

Hear directly from University and TAFE staff, NDCOs, and other industry experts to help you develop your knowledge and skills to support a smoother transition into tertiary education for your young person with disability.

Learn how to support a young person to disclose their disability, seek out available supports and negotiate reasonable adjustments through specially designed sessions for parents/guardians.

This free event is open to ALL parents and carers of secondary education students with disability and/or chronic health condition throughout Australia, there are also specifically tailored sessions for students and educators.

This series is presented by The National Disability Coordination Officer (NDCO) Program, which is funded by the Australian Government Department of Education Skills and Employment.
